my topic is ---->"coaching and it influence on employee's perfmnce"
when i started open the floor 4 qs..byk la soklan masuk..
then tis guy asking me.."im doin research on counselling in organz..is counselling n coaching resemblance each other?"..
h20: yes but coaching is more informal then counsellin. v normally go and seek advice from counsellor when v hv pprobs..normally personal probs..but nop when v hv probs regarding works..ex:u r acc..n got got wif ur work..u go to ur coach rite?nop ur counsellor..
guy: then what is counselling?
